An annual onsite audit, fully customizable to include video walkthroughs upon request performed by CQG’s certified, experienced Lead Auditor. CQG’s Audits Team works with each customer to include specific agenda items, particular areas of focus, a review of the previous CAPA’s, and video tour option. Each participant receives a confidential and comprehensive custom audit report after the audit concludes. See detailed description below.

- Site overview and history
- The overall state of compliance
- Areas audited with a complete list of SOPs, forms, and documents
- List of objective evidence that satisfied the requirement or guideline
- Nonconformances that are classified as minor, major, critical, or opportunity for improvement
- Audit summary and conclusion
- Video tour option
Auditor Qualifications:
Certified Lead Auditor with extensive Notified Body and industry auditing experience. All Auditor competencies, certificates, and CV are made available in advance.
Confidentiality:
All audit reports are fully customized for each customer and no information at any time is shared between customers. NDA’s are available upon request.
Report Delivery:
Scheduled for June 2024, this audit is available for pre-purchase. In the event of unforeseen schedule changes or updates, your dedicated project coordinator will promptly communicate with you via email. Upon completion of our comprehensive report, it will be delivered to you electronically.
